Photo: Grigory Dukhar See Also:Articular cartilage alterations in a rodent model of knee osteoarthritis induced by knee joint instability. The objective of this study was to determine the site of early cartilage alterations in a rat model of knee osteoarthritis (OA) induced by experimental knee joint instability (KJI) and to identify if the incidence of cartilage damage differs among zones of articular cartilage and also if cartilage lesions are associated with synovitis. Male Wistar rats (n=30) were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. Anterior cruciate ligament transection (ACLT) was performed in the experimental group. At postoperative day 3, the experimental knee was loaded via rotation at 30° per second in 10° of flexion for 10 weeks, and morphological and histological analyses were performed. At week 10, cartilage lesions were observed in the medial and lateral compartments of the knee. Histologically, the occurrence of synovitis was similar in both groups. Morphologically, there was no statistical difference in the incidence of cartilage lesions between the experimental and control groups. However, the frequency of cartilage damage was significantly higher in the central than in the peripheral zone in the experimental group. This study demonstrated that experimental KJI induced cartilage damage in the peripheral and central zones of articular cartilage. Synovitis was not detected in our rat model of KJI. These findings may be beneficial in understanding the pathogenesis of knee OA.Q: Laravel Database Migration on Laravel Forge - ERROR: No ID Specified I have a simple migration in Laravel 5.7 and it looks like this: Schema::create('default_test', function (Blueprint $table) { $table->increments('id'); $table->string('name'); $table->text('content')->nullable(); $table->timestamps(); }); When I use the Laravel Forge

I use a UITableViewDelegate method to make the buttons invisible or visible depending on the number of cells in the UITableView. Everything is working as expected. Now I want to take this one step further: The number of cells is not dependent on the UITableView height. So I want to make the height of the table view dependent on the number of cells. The problem is: The delegate method is not getting called if I want to reload the table view in order to get the number of cells. I tried to call [self.tableView reloadData] and it gets called (I verified it by an NSLog). However it still isn't getting called if I reload the table view like this: [self.tableView reloadData]. The table view is scrolling as expected. What am I doing wrong here? Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance. A: You shouldn't reload the table view when you want to update your table view's height. Instead, you should reload the table view's data and then update the table view's height accordingly: [self.tableView reloadData e315de8065
